The Selection Protocol

We don't accept everyone. The simulation is rigorous, but the skills are real.

1. The Skill Check

Complete the Google Form. You must answer 2 technical questions specific to your chosen track (Backend, Frontend, Data, or AI).

2. Evaluation & Selection

Our team reviews your profile. If you show potential, you receive a Selection Letter within 48 hours.

3. Dashboard Access

On Day 1, you get access to the private repository, the task board (Jira/Trello), and the exclusive Discord server.

4. Certification (Paid Review)

Submit your work for Expert Review. Upon passing the rigorous code audit (nominal fee applies), you earn the Verified Engineer Certificate linked to your GitHub.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the Bluvera Simulation.

Is this an internship?
This is a Virtual Industrial Simulation. It is designed to mimic the exact workflow of an enterprise engineer—from PRDs to Code Reviews. While it is not an employment contract, the experience you gain is identical to a high-intensity internship.
Do you teach coding?
No. We are an assessment and verification body, not a bootcamp. We provide the specifications, the environment, and the expert review. You are expected to have the fundamental skills to build the project.
Is there a fee?
Participation in the simulation is open. However, to receive the Expert Code Review, Grading, and the Verifiable Credential at the end of the program, a nominal assessment fee applies. This covers the cost of our senior engineers reviewing your work.
What is the certification value?
Unlike course completion certificates, a Bluvera Credential proves you have shipped production-ready code. It is linked directly to your GitHub repository, allowing recruiters to instantly audit your engineering capability.
What is the time commitment?
Expect to spend 10-15 hours per week. The program is asynchronous (work on your own time), but you must meet the rigid weekly deadlines.
